NICKNAME: Beauty

COLOR: Tri-Colored body, White Blaze on face, and Full White Collar around neck.  This meets breed standards for Pembroke Welsh Corgis.

HEIGHT: (Growing Pup) 11" tall from the ground to the top of her back, which is a medium Pembroke Welsh Corgi in breed standards of 10"-12" tall. 

LENGTH: (Growing Pup) She is 15.5" long from the back of her neck to her tail, which meets the breed standards for length being atleast 40% greater than height.

WEIGHT: (Growing Pup) She currently weighs 22 lbs and still growing.  She will reach a medium weight of 25-28 lbs for female pembroke welsh corgis in show condition.  

PEDIGREE: We haven't reseached her Pedigree yet, but do know that she's related to atleast 1 AKC Champion in her 5 Generation Pedigree. .

BEHAVIOR: Sleeping Beauty is a very active and curious corgi.  She enjoys running, playing with soft toys, learning to play fetch, and playing chase with our family cat that she grew up with.

MORE INFORMATION: Sleeping Beauty is our youngest corgi, and only tri.  In 2008 our red corgi Cinderella had her first litter of puppies, and to our surprise she gave birth to both red and tri-colored corgis.  Once we saw a tri-colored corgi in person we just had to have one of our own to keep.  For over a year we searched the 9 states of: AR, OK, MO, IL, IN, TX, LA, MS, and TN in our search for our own tri-colored corgi.  It was hard to find a tri-colored corgi, since most people only have red corgis.  It was even harder to find a tri-colored corgi that was AKC registered.  Plus when we did find tri-corgis most people had 10" small corgis, while we wanted our tri to atleast become a 11" medium size corgi.  Then luckily we found Sleeping Beauty who's parents were 11" tall, so we took a 7 hour trip to South Central Tennessee, and brought her home to Arkansas.
